A regular service is an ongoing weekly or fortnightly clean and is our most popular service. This service can include but is not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning. We can even take care of the washing and ironing! A fill-in cleaner can be organised for this service if your regular cleaner is ever away due to illness or holidays. Products and equipment are generally supplied by the client for a Regular service.
One-Off Clean
Moving house is stressful enough without the added pressure that a full end-of-lease clean brings. Take the stress out of the bond cleaning process by using our expert one-off cleaners.
This service includes Spring Cleans, Move In, Move Out and End of Lease cleans. The one-off clean is specifically designed to take the stress out of labourious time consuming cleaning jobs like moving house or cleaning a home from top to bottom. Products and equipment are supplied by the cleaner and we do work to real estate standards where required. A one-off clean can be tailored to suit your needs and budget

Regarding Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our services! We offer a Guarantee on all our services, if a task was not completed to your satisfaction or was missed during our visit simply contact the office and we will return to your home and re-clean the area or task with which you were dissatisfied at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
